Ordering and payment

To place an order, simply add an item or items to your basket and check that you are happy with the quantites and any expected discounts have been applied before clicking the 'checkout' button. You will then be asked for some information to allow us to fulfil your order. Please ensure that you provide your full address and correct post code. We do not accept responsibility for failure of your order to arrive if the details you provide are incorrect. When you place an order, you will be passed to PayPal to complete your payment securely. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to do this.

 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days. However, we make your chocolate by hand to order so please allow up to 7 days for orders to be dispatched during particularly busy periods. We will tell you when your order has been dispatched and will keep you informed if there is any delay. We use 2nd Class Royal Mail as standard. 

If you choose 'express delivery', we will dispatch your order by the next working day using 1st Class Royal Mail. If this is not possible for any reason, we will tell you and you will have the option to cancel your order.

Occasionally, we may use another carrier to deliver your order.

We try to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Standard delivery is charged at £1.50. Express delivery is charged at £3.00. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £20.

Please contact us if you would like an order delivered outside the UK and we will do our best to help.

 

Returns policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing (by email is fine) within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to help. If your order arrives damaged or you are not happy with the quality of the product(s) we will be happy to refund you (including the cost of standard delivery) or send a replacement at no extra cost to you. Please retain any damaged or unsatisfactory items. We will let you know if you need to return the item(s) to us and how to do this. If the product(s) have been consumed beyond what is reasonable to establish the quality of the product(s), we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with the loss.   

By law there is a 14-day 'cooling-off' period from the moment you receive your order. If you wish to return your order, please contact us in writing (by email is fine) within 14 days of delivery and we will tell you how to return your order to us. All returned items must be undamaged and unopened in their original packaging. We will be happy to refund the cost of the returned item(s) (including the cost of standard delivery). However, you will need to pay for the postage to return the item(s) to us. If returned items are damaged, have been opened or are not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with the loss and/or damage to the item(s).
